1. Adjustment of warp tension

The warp tension adjustment is mainly the warp creel, each guide hole through which the flat yarn passes, the let-off roller and the jump bar.

The warp creel is the birthplace of the uneven warp tension, which cannot be ignored. In particular, the rotational resistance torque of the tray axis of each spindle of the warp creel directly affects the origin of the warp tension. In addition, pay attention to whether there is a flat wire wound on the shaft to increase the rotational resistance torque, and whether there is a hemming wire makes the rotational resistance torque unbalanced.

The resistance of the woven bag flat wire passing through each guide wire hole should be equal. This requires that the angle and length of each flat wire passing through all the guide wire holes should be as balanced as possible when threading.

Cross winding of warp yarns is not allowed.

It is best to use active let-off.

Jumper adjustment is the most important thing. First, each jumper must be flexibly rotated. It should not be stuck by dust and greasy. Several or more than a dozen jumpers should be rotated together. If necessary, it is recommended to isolate each jumper with a spacer to increase Activity capacity.

The extension spring of the jumper must be effective and the tension is appropriate. It is recommended to clean, inspect and install the jumper and jumper extension spring again.

Correctly judge the tension of each warp wire, and then adjust the tension of the jumper tension spring at any time to obtain the appropriate tension of each flat wire.


2. Adjustment of weft tension

The tension of the weft thread is greatly affected by the size of the shaft thread, and the tension adjustment of the weft thread is mainly to adjust the tension of the tension brush tension spring, which is really difficult to adjust evenly.
